External Request Step-by-Step Guide

We are now using a new software for these requests. Sorry for the headache, but if you can resubmit your request with the following instructions, that would be great.
 
  1. Register a new account, using a personal email address.

  1. It will send you a verification code to continue
  2. Search for your organization, if it is there select it. If it doesn't allow you to, click Skip this Step below

  1. Enter your Event Title, Event Type, other pertinent details, and hit continue. 
  2. Hit the drop down for location and select all. Then it will show all rooms and you can select what you are looking for.

  2. Now you have a calendar view. Select your first date and time. A menu will pop up that will allow you to select Recurring? Toggle this on if you have multiple dates with same time and location as what you are entering now. 3
  1. It will then you give options to choose from.

  1. If the event is sporadic dates and times, you can close out of that menu and simply click the other dates and times you are requesting. You can edit them to the right.

  1. Hit Continue.
  2. Give a helpful description under the dates listed. 
  3. Make sure to attach your filled out Policy KF-E document. Include updated Insurance Information as well. You can also attach your Check Sheet for Gym Use here as well.
  4. Answer the questions at the bottom, giving necessary details.

  1. Hit Submit.
  2. You will be added to a Pending Approval list, and will receive an email if they need more information or if your request has been approved.
 
After you have registered once, you can then just sign in with that email and password to check on statuses, add more requests, etc.
