Come learn the Ben Starr sourdough method. It is a simplified approach where the dough requires minimal handling, with no kneading, folding, or pre-shaping, often using unfed starter straight from the fridge, resulting in a quick and easy sourdough loaf with minimal effort involved; it’s often described as ideal for beginners due to its simplicity. Participants will prepare
and sample dishes, so bring your appetite and leftover containers! Hands-on cooking!
Menu: Two-Hour Sourdough Loaf, Sourdough Biscuits, and Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies
