Develop greater flexibility, strength and balance.  Yoga promotes better posture, reduces stress and improves your overall health.  Bring your own mat and any props (strap, blocks, bolster) you may want.

Dates:  Mondays, Jan. 15 – May 13      

Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Cost:  $5/session or $20/month (Payment can be made at class)

Location: Senior Center Michael’s Room
