Come learn about the melting pot of cultures that have blended together to create Swiss cuisine. From its 700 varieties of cheese to 250 varieties of grapevines and 200 types of baked bread, it truly is going to be a unique journey. Participants will prepare and sample dishes, so bring your appetite and leftover containers! Hands-on cooking!
Menu: Cheese Fondue, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Salad, Potato Roesti, Swiss Chocolate Bars
