In the event that one or all of the schools in the Weston County School District #1 are either Delayed in starting, Releasing early, or Closed for the day; Notification will we sent to all parents via the Alert Now System.
This system attempts to reach Parents and their Children in multiple ways of communications i.e telephone, cell phone, e-mail and text message. Parents are encouraged to provide the district with multiple options of delivery to assure that they are notified of all inclement weather notifications and other important messages from their child's school.
If you feel that you are not receiving announcements, please contact your child's school office and provide appropriate information to assure future communications.
In addtion, local radio station KASL 1240AM will broadcast notificaitons as well.
